If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! - You may return items from your order within 30 days of receiving them. - Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us (Up to 10 business days).

We recommend hand washing our products in a lukewarm water using dog shampoo. Machine washing may damage your hardware and other chemical soaps may irritate your loved ones' skins. Lay flat to dry.
